Data is used to provide the service, secure accounts, deliver purchased resources, manage payments, prevent fraud, support users and improve Azyvora.
Legal basis and Benin
Azyvora must process personal data in line with Benin's Digital Code and applicable requirements of the Personal Data Protection Authority. A declaration or APDP formality may be required before public launch.
Sharing
Data may be shared with required providers such as hosting, transactional email, storage, payments, security analysis, Google Analytics and Google AdSense when these services are enabled, and authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Benin or UEMOA. Azyvora must frame these transfers with appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.
Rights
Users may request access, rectification, objection, deletion or restriction of some data according to applicable laws and legal retention constraints.
